Both Prime Minister B. Netanyahu as well as President J. Biden are responsible for “war crimes”, “crimes against peace” and “crimes against humanity” as defined under Principle VI of the Nuremberg Charter:

 

Disobey Unlawful Orders, Abandon the Battlefield 

According to Principle IV of the Nuremberg Charter:

“The fact that a person [e.g. Israeli, U.S.soldiers, pilots]  acted pursuant to order of his [her] Government or of a superior does not relieve him [her] from responsibility under international law, provided a moral choice was in fact possible to him [her].”

Let us make that  “moral choice” possible, to enlisted Israeli, American, and NATO service men and women.

Disobey unlawful orders! Abandon the battlefield! … Refuse to fight in a war which violates Nuremberg Principle VI, The U.N. Charter and The Geneva Convention.

Let us call upon Israeli and American soldiers and pilots “to abandon the battlefield”, as an act of refusal to participate in a criminal undertaking against the People of Gaza.

Let the World War I “Power of Peace in the Time of War” “Happen again”.

NATO repeats the same strategy, applied since the dissolution of the Soviet Union and the Warsaw Pact in 1991. NATO is moving east in the temporarily released eastern peripheral states – but at the same time will NEVER accept if the other side did the same to the west. NATO is always lying, threatening, stealing and being violent against others. NATO unjustifiably accuses others of what NATO itself is guilty of.

NATO doesn´t stop… it lobbies/threatens/lures its way into the central organs of power in peripheral countries, both to the east and west, between various powers/empires. NATO then builds conflicts, rearms, militarises, sabotaging and terrorising, carrying out “false flags” and acting aggressively through media warfare. NATO covers up its own actions, or flees its responsibilities by blaming others, preferably the claimed “main adversary” in major conflicts. When NATO’s counterparts – the imaginary enemies who give the military-industrial complex, from which NATO originates, an alibi to profit together with the arms industry, on the behalf of people’s misery – feel threatened by NATO’s behaviour and defend themselves, this is a self-fulfilling prophecy, created by NATO through words and deeds, through the build-up of conflicts. In addition, the media and politicians constantly create lies, steal tax-collected funds and perpetrate violence/murder against innocent civilian populations in other countries. This is done in our name – without informed consent. In practice, this means that the resources extracted through taxes are used against the intended purpose, against ourselves – AND against innocent populations in other countries, who haven´t done harm to us.
